Why We Carry It:
A good Nero d'Avola is one of those wines that you have on a trip to Italy for less than the price of an appetizer and come back telling all your friends "the wine over there is so much better than what we get here in the states!" It's rich, fruit driven, dry, and soft on the finish.

Sicily
This is a great mid-weight red wine for Thanksgiving. It has ripe fruit flavors, a touch of spice, and soft tannins on the finish.

your grandmother's Sunday tomato sauce (gravy if you're Italian); not fancy but oh so delicious.
