Varietal(s):
85% Glera, 15% Pinot Noir
Country:
Italy
Region:
Veneto/Friuli
Type:
Sparkling Rosé
Why We Carry It:
We love Prosecco like everyone else, but with so many produced by big industrial wineries it's great to find an option that's from a smaller, family-run winery. The Bisol family has been making Prosecco for generations and the current generation has named their entry-level wine after their beloved grandfather Jeio.
Food/Occasion:
Appellation:
Valdobbiadene
This is a lovely, delicate, fragrant sparkling wine. The addition of Pinot Noir adds a touch of red berry fruit to the blend that makes it a perfect pairing for roasted poultry or vegetables.
