Why We Carry It:
We could go into a long description of tasting notes and nuance, but the real reason is that this wine is just plain fun! It's juicy and lively, dry but fruity, elegant but energetic, and the aromas just dance right out of the glass.
Like most good Gamay, this wine is super-flexible. Pair it with roasted meats and vegetables, mushrooms, pork, turkey, chicken, duck... The list goes on and on.

More Technical Info:
The vines are 40 years old and planted in clay/limestone soil. Cold carbonic maceration for 15 days; alcoholic fermentation with native yeast beginning on day 11; natural malolactic fermentation. Minimal sulfites added at bottling. Aged in concrete tanks for 6 months before bottling with no fining or filtration.
