75% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay, and 5% Pinot Menuier
Why We Carry It:
This is our go-to affordable Champagne. Although good sparkling wine is made all over the world, Champagne is still king. Unfortunately the cost has been going up, and up, and up. This wine (from a family-owned and operated winery, not a huge company) continues to make high-quality sparkling wine at an affordable price.
Impress your guests during the holidays with genuine Champagne on the table without breaking the bank.
The predominance of Pinot Noir is apparent in the bright, berry fruit aromas and a rich, mouth-filling texture. The Chardonnay lends liveliness and provides its pleasantly long, clean finish.

More Technical Info:
The vineyards are located in the village of Brethen, just south of Epernay. The vines are 20+ years old and planted in clay and limestone soil. No herbicides or pesticides are used. Fruit is hand-harvested, fermented and aged in stainless steel with full malo-lactic fermentation. The wine is then aged for 21 months on the lees in bottle before final dosage and release.
