Made from 40% estate fruit and 60% sourced fruit, this is 100% Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir. The 2021 vintage was harvested between September 14th and 28th. Minimal intervention during winemaking, with native yeasts used, natural malolactic fermentation, and no chemical additions. Aged 10 months in 100% French oak (82% neutral and 18% new).
